Concert: 7 pm
The celebratory concert will feature the World Premiere of a New Work by Brazilian Choreographer, Rosangela Silvestre. The new work will encompass the collective work done by Ms. Silvestre and the Muntu artistic staff during the Brazilian Cultural Exchange. Muntu's Brazilian Cultural Exchange is supported by the Illinois Arts Council's Governor's International Arts Exchange Program.

Gala Reception: 8:30 pm
Hosted by Muntu's 35th Anniversary Committee on the Harris Theater's Rooftop Terrace, the catered reception will feature food, wine and fireworks. Enjoy a summer night of celebration overlooking Millennium Park, against the backdrop of Lake Michigan.
